Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Slice Roma Tomatoes (1/2 inch slices) and add to baking dish. Spread out evenly so the entire dish is covered.
Thinly Slice Red Onion and spread over top of tomatoes
Drain Black Olives and sprinkle entire can over tomato and onion
Add Garlic, Pine Nuts, Hot Pepper Flakes, Basil, and Salt & Pepper. Sprinkle all ingredients evenly over tomatoes and onions. Drizzle with Olive Oil.
Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes
Using two kitchen knives, run through the dish to chop up tomatoes and onion. Sprinkle parmesan cheese
Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese and serve with sliced French Bread.
